What type of Virtual Assistant Services do you offer business owners?

We offer our clients ongoing support through our monthly retainer subscriptions and project-based support for those needing occasional help. Our services range from Full stack Web Development, Funnels and Course Development, Graphic Design, Administration and Business Management, Social Media Management to Marketing. Any services we offer are based on years of experience and expertise. We are highly motivated to complete all projects in a timely and professional manner.

How quickly will my project or tasks be completed?

We are committed to delivering on deadline. Turnaround time can depend on the complexity and urgency of the project or tasks at hand. Our usual turnaround time is between 24 and 48 hours. If your project is time sensitive, the deadline will be agreed upon before the work begins.

How do we communicate and work together?

We use email (preferably gmail for file sharing through google drive), telephone, skype, messenger, and project management tools that you have. We try to keep things as simple and hassle-free for our clients as much as possible but we will do our best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication when delegating tasks.

How do I keep track of my hours?

You will be sent a task report every end of the week with the name of the project that you have assigned, time taken to complete each project, status of the project whether it’s completed or pending or ongoing.

Do my hours roll over to the next month if I don’t use them completely?

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

What happens if I go over my allotted hours?

You will be notified if you are about to go over your hours. You can buy additional hours at $18 per hour. If you think you will be needing more time in the future then you can upgrade your subscription with us for bigger VA packages.

Who will be my main point of contact?

Marlon acts as the team’s Operations Manager. He is usually available for live chat between 2pm and 10pm EST except weekends. Any emails sent outside this time period will be answered within 12 hours.

Is there any start up fee?

Absolutely not. We only charge the subscription fee of the VA package you choose.
